I saw a Disney-themed Bradford Exchange bracelet (Pandora style) in one of the Sunday coupon circulars - has anyone here bought this? How is the quality?

I already have a Pandora but I really like the beads on this.

That's cute! I wish it were an actual picture though. There's not much of a discription either. It doesn't say what it's made of, or what size it is.

Not sure if they were real chamilia or not but i love the fact each bead is a the story of my life so I really want at least one disney charm.

The online Disney store sells authentic Chamilia Disney charms. I just bought one last week.

I called them earlier today after seeing this picture. The rep on the phone told me that the bracelet was sterling silver. NOT silver plated or silver tone. I asked several times just to make sure. They are only taking orders now. Production will start in about 4 weeks or shipping will start in 4 weeks I didn't quite understand what she was saying. She had to keep checking her notes. "Um, wait a sec, sorry." She was very nice though.

I didn't ask about the size. I didn't think about that.

This is my necklace I got everything on it at a local jeweler when beads were buy3 get 1 free. The red and blue beads on the ends represent my MIL and FIL's birthstones they both passed away in the past few years from cancer.

This better represents the color.

This is my bracelet. I got the green murano, the Mickey swirl and the carriage at WDW this past December. The pink murano ,the blue dichromatic and Cinderella's slipper I got in Disneyland last week. I bought the tree, the castle and the laser online. They represent my love of animal kingdom, my family's love of the Buzz lightyear ride. The castle even though not Chamilia I think looks more like the WDW castle.

I also have a pandora which I had to get the momma and baby monkey because it reminds me of Animal Kingdom. I have the dice which I just purchased in Vegas because we just took a rode trip there and were married there almost 13 years ago. I thought my addiction to Disney Dooney's would be bad but this is way worse lol.

Where did u find the castle? The one on your bracelet looks much closer to the castle than the Chamilia disney version.

Thanks! I love the bright blue colors, they are a favorite of mine. Green as well if I could just find the right bead.

The castle bead is made by OHM I just googled it and saw the silver bead box .com has it. I have ordered from them before and had great CS. The quality seems as good as my other beads as well. I just noticed Ohm makes 2 castles the one I have as well as a shorter one. If you google it both come up.

I'd think that unless you only put a few beads on it, a necklace would be very heavy.

My Pandora bracelet is almost full and it's quite heavy.

It does seem heavy in my hand,but is not bothersome to wear at all. It does not feel heavy. I will add I only intended to wear one crystal Mickey head and maybe 2 spacers when I bought it. I wanted to buy a bangle for the rest but my size was unavailable. I ended up with all of them on my necklace. I love how it turned out but I'm still on a mission for a bangle lol.

My dilemma is this, I would like a LONG necklace to wear a couple beads on, but I think it needs to almost have a "carrier" to put the beads on. Does that make sense? DD has a long silver necklace and I tried putting a couple beads on it, but I didn't like how it looked. Has anyone tried wearing beads on a long necklace?

Thank you . If you go to the chamilia website they have a silk necklace with a teardrop "carrier" to put beads on I think it's longer but not sure. I do know that chamilia and pandora offer many different necklace styles and lengths to add beads to. HTH

My first bracelet was silver with gold lock and I got two beads with it buttercup and a lion with CZ eyes. Buttercup is still one of my favorite beads to date. Honestly you'll collect them little by little or at a jump I'd invest in a safety chain and 2 stopper beads as well as spacers for every 2 beads I buy 1 spacer.

I went to the jewelry store last night to look at the teardrop carrier and it's huge. Have you seen it in person? I wasn't expecting it to be that big. Maybe there are measurements on the website, but I obviously didn't look at them before going to the store.

No I have not seen it in person. I haven't seen any measurements on chamilias site but a different site listed length. I knew it was long. I'm glad I didn't get it I don't like big jewelry.

It wasn't just long, the metal was thick/heavy. I would have felt like I was wearing an industrial key ring around my neck. But no offense to anyone who might like it. It's just not my cup of tea.
