Maybe dededog is a teen going with a family or is a member of an extended family where EVERYONE is going.

I can't imagine ever using "HAVE TO" when referring to a cruise.

To answer the original question, I feel sure they are planning some new shows and activities.

I would RELISH two weeks of relaxation and pampering and not cooking or cleaning.

Yeah, I know the feeling..I have to go too. And I have to eat all that great food, and have to meet all the great Disboard folks, and have to go to parties, well, like everyday. And almost every day I will probably have to have a delicious breakfast on my verandah. Oh well, some things you just have to do....
