Yes, Boston & Maine Airways bought the rights to use the old PanAm name, but the name is all they have in common with the great old carrier. They are a very small carrier serving Portsmouth NH (out of Pease), Bedford Mass (Hanscom AFB), Hartford CT, one New Jersey city (I think Trenton?) and a bunch of warm weather locations (Orlando, Ft Lauderdale and some Caribbean islands). They have a very limited fleet and limited schedule, and I hear they are prone to cancelling flights when the flights are not well populated or when there are equipment problems. Also note, that when they say Orlando, they are flying into Sanford, a bit further North than MCO and farther from WDW.
The new PanAm might be worth a try, especially if you are looking in the Very near future (6 weeks at most); I don't think I'd buy too far in advance with them for fear of the airline disappearing.
Good luck!
