pampers just announced a new rewards program -- and you might have points on already purchased packages.

The new program has no announcements on the outside of the package, just a discreet addresss-label type sticker on the inside of the package.

I found one on a package of cruisers I bought last week. It had 5 points on it (SUPER MEGA). You don't find out the number of points until you log into the web site and enter the special code. Looks like the first redemption is 40 points for a book.

take a look at pampers.com for more information. AND don't throw away you packages until you've checked for a code!!!

Last time they did a rewards program we got several really nice toys we  would not have normally purchased.

yeah, the last program, Pampers Perks, we got a little kiddie BBQ grill for DS and ordered the battery powered jeep thing. First we got the message that the jeep was backordered and then after a while we just got a check for $150 or so in the mail rather than getting a jeep.

But my packages don't have any codes! :guilty: Could it be that I have old packages before this started? I feel like I am loosing out on points here! :earseek:

Last promo they had they ran out of our toys and sent me a check for $250. :Pinkbounc

This time you take your codes and punch the numbers into your account on their site, and accrue them that way. No keeping those darn little pieces of packaging around.

Same roblem here!! I stocked up on diapers before ds2 was born (now 3 weeks old!!!) and the 2 packages I have opened so far dont have codes either :(

my package had the sticker but it was blank. if you have a blank sticker, just e-mail them and let them know. I did and they e-mailed me a code to use. :cool1:

Just FYI - the collection period goes until December 31 of next year - 2006 - so for those who don't have the points on their current packages, don't sweat it. You'll have more diapers going through your home in the next year and a half to more than make up for it :)

US too! It was great. We did get the jeep, but other items we ordered were not available so our check was $80! Can't beat that!!!

Darn it! I saw that and thought it was just a batch number, so I threw the package away. It never occurred to me to check Pampers' web site! Thanks for the heads up. I'll know for next time -- or I'll dig through the trash this time...

Thanks! I only use Pampers & my 4 month DD will be in them for a while!

I did the pampers perks last time. It was awesome, well worth the time to save the points. :) Both my kids are out of diapers now :) :)

I did pampers points over 12 years ago and we got the cutest set of books. The boys will not let me toss them out or give them away. I would have rather had a check for $250, but the times we spent reading those books was special.

Just wanted to say that I learned about this program on another board. Someone suggested that if you have an older package without the codes, you can call Pampers. I had about 4 packages so I decided to call...and they gave me codes to enter into the website. You do need the package because they ask for some numbers off of the package. Every little bit helps!! HTH

Has anyone else tried to enter codes today? It seems like their website is having lots of problems. Thanks for letting us know though, I had some packages with points!

Just wanted to follow-up on this. I called the 1-866 phone number, explained the situation to the nice woman on the phone, and she gave me a code to enter for that package. I don't know if it's their usual policy or just something they're doing while the current points program is still in the early stages, but if you're like me and threw a code away without knowing what the darn thing was, try giving Pampers a call.
