We arrived at MCO around 10am. It was a nice flight.
We headed straight off the plane and looked for the magical express reps.
It did not take long to found one. They did not have the Mickey glove on like I was told by a friend but you could tell they were from magical express.
We then waited in line to check in about 5 min. and then were directed to the asmo resort line for the bus. We walked over and the rep. walked us to our bus and we hopped on. We waited about 20 mins before departing.
We arrived at ASMo resort and check in. Our room was not ready so we got our keys and headed out to MGM.
We did not wait long for a MGM bus on our first day. As soon as we got to MGM we were hungry and the kids wanted to eat at pizza planet. They said this is now a family tradition to eat there. This was our first counter service using the meal plan. We each got pizza and salads and rice crispy treats and sodas. The meal came to about $50. We came outside and had pics taken with toys story guys and girls!
We rode a good amount of the rides and did Mermaid and the Beast show before dinner. We had a PS at Sci-fi dine. We waited about 15 mins to be seated. Our waitress MEGAN was such a sweet southern girl. She was very helpful and so funny too. The food was a lot. DH got the chili I got the spinach dip for appetizer. DS got onion rings and DD got veggies. We loved everything but the onion rings. They were beer battered!
DH got ribs and I got Ruhen sand. DS was allowed to get a cheeseburger and DD got mac and cheese. The desserts were awesome!!!! DH got a shake I got cake and DS and DD both got sunades. We really enjoyed our dinner here and would eat here again!
We then headed over and did rock n roller coaster two times.There was no wait we walked right up both times. It was my DS and DD first time riding this ride and they loved it. Though they hated the music because it is one of my favorites.
It was ten of eight after that so we walked over to fantamic.
DH walked down the steps and found a big empty spot right in the front. We had a great time here, the kids loved doing the wave with the crowds will we waited. As always it was awesome. Though it seemed different since 2000.
Sorry for the late posting came home and got a nasty head cold.
