i can't believe that i've been on dcl 5 times and never tried the brunch at palos, can anyone give me some info on the menu selections. i've been reading how great it was from other cruisers i'm curious what its all about.

We had a group of DIS'ers do the Champagne Brunch on our cruise in August. I'm so glad we decided to do that. The food was out of this world. I can't remember all I ate, it was a little of this, and a little of that, and then our server kept bringing out more items for us to taste. I'm sure we will be doing the brunch again on our next cruise!!!

I was at that Brunch with Andy, it was FANTASTIC!!! They had a few separate stations set up with all different types of food. They make a fantastic pizza and the Cinnamon rolls were to die for. There were fish, meat, vegetarian selections. They had omlettes, eggs Benedict. The list went on and on.. It has to be one of the best meals I have ever eaten. The company was also the best.:D

ROFLMBO!!!

Laughing so hard my letters turned red!!!

You've been on DCL five times and have NEVER had the Palo brunch? Shame on you!!!

You MUST do it the next time, then you'll say to yourself, 'why didn't I do this sooner?'

Of course, this is all meant in good fun.:D

DH and I had it on our 2nd DCL in March and can't wait to feast again. My only regret is that I can't do it every day. (Had I done that though, I wouldn't have been able to fit in my clothes before the cruise was halfway over! LOL!)

My dad wants all of the adults to do Palo once for their anniv., yet wants to eat in the dining room with the grandkids for dinner, so I'm trying to get him to do the brunch instead.
Here is my question--on sea days, how hard is this to get for a party of 6? How early can we eat so we're not bloated as pigs at dinnertime? And which sea day is better on the western? I know I don't want to do this and then do Captain's gala on the same day and miss that lobster!
We'll be embarking early, I hope, as our plan is take earliest Hyatt shuttle, so I hope we can get ressies.

We had a group of 13 DIS'ers get together, our selected time was 10:30am. I believe we finished around 12:30pm
