Was wondering if someone could clear up my confusion. If you book Palo for $50 (per person, I assume), does this cover anything to do with the dinner? Or is this basically a cover? I know alcohol is not covered and you pay for that. But does the $50 cover anything?

Palo has a "prix fixe" menu for dinner, where you can choose from 2 choices for appetizer, 2 choices for salad, 4 choices for main course, and 2 choices for dessert. If you order from the prix fixe menu, you will be charged $50, which includes all 4 courses.
You can also order items individually, if you don't want all of the courses or if you want items that aren't on the prix fixe menu list. If you order items individually, you will be charged for each item.
You will also be charged separately for alcoholic beverages, and given the opportunity to add a gratuity.

Thanks so much, @Mommb
