The prices for both brunches have gone up from what they were when they were originally introduced, but I always do both when possible when I cruise with DCL. Palo is a traditional brunch that also includes entrees that you order while Remy is not. Remy is a multi-course meal. IMO the extra cost is worth the level of service and food that you get, but I’m biased because I always do a Remy/Palo brunch and Remy/Palo dinner when I cruise.
I've done both, and they're both beyond excellent. The Remy brunch, at least the last time I did it, was considerably more expensive than Palo. The deciding factor in my vote for Palo is three things: Chicken Parmigiana, Chicken Parmigiana, and Chicken Parmigiana.
we have done both brunchs and we prefer and will continue to do Palo's for brunch - to be able to serve myself items that I love and then be able to order other hot items - MAKES IT THE BEST
