Honestly, with me being a first time cruiser and not having much experience with Palo's, I would have seen Disney's statement as tip being included and I would have totally thought woo hoo a tip actually included! So I bet alot of other people see it as being included and think that is all there is to it too...Now that I have seen these threads, I won't be brow-beaten into thinking I am a cheapskate for thinking that, but I will also be sure to tip great service which it sounds like they do provide. 
I do think it is wrong to call people cheapskates if they think it is included and don't tip extra...Without the Dis, some people just don't know any better.
