Sailing on the Wish this summer. My daughter will be 18 at the time of saililng and if we're lucky enough to be able to book Palo Steakhouse, it would be extra special for her. Just wondering what is the earliest reservation time available?

Generally, 6 PM for dinner. Brunch is 11/11:30 a.m.

Brunch normally starts around 10am in my experience. Definitely before 11am.

Brunch typically has reservations starting from 10-1 and dinner from 6-8:30
