Palo seating times

When making reservations for Palo are there only 2 seating times that match the other dining rooms(6:00 & 8:30) or are there more times to choose from?

I'm pretty sure that they offer more seatings than that! My dh says they took reservations every two hours. Not 100% sure. We had early seating, so we booked ours at 6:00, worked out perfectly!!

What is the latest time you can make ressies for?

There aren't seating times at Palo as there are in the other main dining rooms. They take reservations on the quarter-hour, it seemed to me. The restaurant is generally open from 6:00pm to 10:00pm on sea days, and 6:00-9:00pm on port days.
