Palo Reservations Online?

Shucks ...... Sounds like some of you all are having problems getting decent responses from DCL. When we needed to book Palo for more persons than on our reservation I just e-mailed DCL and asked them how I could book for 3-4 persons sinec I was only being allowed to book for 1-2 persons. They e-mailed me right back advising me they changed the reservations for 3-4 persons. Sure enough, I checked online and it was changed to exactly what they said for dinner and brunch.

Maybe trying e-mail instead of phoning works better. Might actually get to a more knowledgeable person on the matter. I just e-mailed the contact e-mail address on their website.

I will then email, that way I can de stress. On the phone DCL assured me that it would be okay, but I don't see it on my online reservation. I'll email. Thanks for the tip.

It sounds like a lot of people are having trouble with the website....mmmm....
I did my ressie for Palo's at 90 days out. I did not have any trouble.

Lauram...did you get ressies for both the brunch and dinner? When did you book your ressie...how many days out? I am just curious our 4 day is not until 11/2006 and I was trying ot figure out if I should add the REAS to the booking so we can do both or just leave it like it is. I am the one who made the ressies not my TA for Palo's on the REAS package. Only thing I can see good about the REAS is we save a little money and we have the turn down servie and the champagne breakfast....which leds me to another question...
Isn't the turn down service the same night as your couples massage is? And the breakfast the next day?

We have 2 cabins; DH and DS17 (18 at the time we cruise) are booked in 1 cabin, and DS14 and I are booked into the second cabin. Since technically we are paying for 4 adults, will they let us book a reservation for 4 people? Or at the very least, 2 people per cabin? If not, then will they let us book for 2 adults from one cabin since DH and DS17 will be an "adult" at that time?? I'm just wondering what they use to determine an "adult"; the age of the passengers, or the rate at which they are charged?? Thanks!

Finally figured it out. Actually my son did. DCL website doesn't work too well with my firefox browser. He's got so much security on my computer since one of the grandkids downloaded lovely spyware etc. from a game on cartoon network.
Had to go thru internet explorer and it worked fine.

From what we were told they only book 60% before hand. After you set up your acct. at Guest services, you go around the corner to Rockin' Bar D. We had no problem with ressie at that time, although we only had brunch. It was so good. So many different things to choose from. You'll love it.

What time can you book at the 90 day mark? 12:01AM or7AM. TIA!!
