Where did you get the concierge number? I'm in a category 3 on Jan. 4 and when I called the regular number I was told there were no advance reservations

It's a 4-nite on the Wonder. Does that make a difference? Has anyone else on a 3- or-4-nighter been able to make advance ressies?
