Palo on first night?

What are you thoughts on Palo on the first night of a 4 night cruise? we don't want to miss any of the main dining rooms either! What do you think??

We were on the 7 day this past July and we also did not want to miss any of our regular meals. We had the early seating. We went the first night to Palo, but we had the latest ressie available. We went to our regular seating and later went to Palo. We are going on a 4 day in 3 weeks and plan to have 2 dinners one night. The first night is great at Palo, because hardly anyone goes that night!

I think that's the plan that DH and I have for our 3/16 4-day!
I am a bit concerned that our regular servers will be put off if we are not there on the first night, but I really would prefer to do Palo the first night instead of the last!

does anyone know the hours that Palo is open? that will be another deciding factor as to what night we try for!

I believe the first ressie is for 6 and the latest we were able to get ressie for the first night was either 8 or 8:30. Normally( I believe) the last ressie is either 9:30 or 9:45.

We did it on a first night of a four night cruise and it worked out perfect. We still had dinner at each of the other three places.
