Palo - how late, desert only?

I can't contemplate life w/o chocolate souffle, so what's the latest time I can book a seating? Anybody ever go just for desert and coffee? DW is travelling with us this trip, so I'll be dining on the regular rotation with DD10, but I could do Palo in the evening whilst she is in the lab. mmmmm, chocccccooolate!

I think the latest you can get ressies at Palo is 9:30. I hear you that the souffle is not to be missed and I doubt it would be a proble to go for only dessert and coffee.

I doubt the staff in Palo would chase you out if you were to book a late reservation and only order dessert. However, I would imagine you will still pay the $10 cover. What about having a salad with your DD, then odering one of the incredible entrees at Palo, along with your dessert? I don't think this type of "double dipping" is unheard of. Diana
