We're going on the 10/22 Western and I just tried to reserve Palo Brunch but it's not available. Could it be sold out that quickly or do they only accept a certain number of online registrations?

They only accept a certain number of online resies....there should be spots available after you board, but you will want to sign up foe them quickly...

A certain number of ressies are held back for onboard booking, and a number are held for concierge guests. If those aren't used in the first day by the concierge, they are released to the general population.

Go to the area for Palo ressies (see the info sheet you will get when you check in for the location) as soon as you board. If you can't get the ressie, get on the waiting list. There is a good chance you will get a call later.

Bit concerned as we too are on the 22nd October Western and had hoped to book Palo Brunch on line. Have only just had to pay for the cruise and understood we could not book until 75 days prior to cruise.

That to my reconing is in early August. Can someone please enlighten me on this. If we cannot book prior to departure will probably not bother as do not intend to waste any of my holiday in a line waiting to try and book.

Thanks for the advice. :maleficen

Landy.....Have you sailed on DCL before?...In other words are you a Castaway club member...or did you book the REAS package..or I guess are you in a Cat 1-3? Because if you are not a Castaway member...or if you didn't book the REAS package...or in a CAT 1-3 your not able to book Palo brunch or dinner until 75 days out...which is in the first week of August. They did open the bookings last week for those who can start booking at 90 days. But I couldn't imagine they filled everything...My guess is maybe there will be more openings at the 75 day marker...

I did hear or read someplace that they do hold spots open for those who don't know you can prebook online....
