Palo Brunch or Remy Dessert Experience on Fantasy?

Which do you prefer? We've had the brunch before and loved it. So much so that we've been looking forward to going again. We have the option for the Remy Dessert Experience this time, which sounds wonderful as well. While I would love to do both, our cruise is only a 4-day cruise and are both on the same day (brunch at 10, dessert at 3:15).

Also, does anyone have a recent photo of the dessert menu? I can only find photos from last summer and earlier.

I would go with the Dessert Experience if you haven't done it yet and like desserts. I agree that brunch and desserts on the same day would be too much (but too much of a very good thing).

The desserts are amazing, and served in small enough portions that you should be able to get through all 6. Unfortunately I don't have photos, but the specific desserts may vary anyhow.

Tough choice!!! Fortunately there are no wrong answers.
Personally, I'd try the Remy dessert this time since you've done the Palo brunch before.

Dessert experience is only on Dream and Fantasy but Palo brunch is on all
Ships. Maybe it will be in Enchante eventually but it is not at the moment. So my vote is dessert! It is worth trying once.

I’d do Palo brunch again over Remy dessert. Remy dessert was fine but it’s way too many sweets for us. I was so full after it, I couldn’t eat dinner that night (late dining). I also find the Remy dining room too stuffy during the day so I wasn’t a fan of the atmosphere. I’ll be sticking to Palo brunch and Remy dinner from now on.

Definitely recommend the Remy dessert experience if you haven't had a chance to try it. We did both back in October on the Fantasy last year along with Remy dinner on a 7 night. Remy dinner was amazing as well!

Both are great and would rank Remy dinner over Palo brunch or Remy dessert.

If you’ve already done the brunch, I would go for Remy dessert. They are two very different experiences. I enjoyed Remy dessert but it’s not something I need to do every cruise BUT definitely worth doing once.

Another vote for doing the dessert, personally! It was very fun, different, and delicious.

Palo brunch! It's my favorite restaurant on all of the ships

Enchante has had a dessert experience, at least in the past. I did it on the Wish in April 2023.

I just hit 120 days for my Treasure cruise today and they didn't have the dessert experinece for Enchante for my May sailing.

DW and I did it in 2023 on our Dream cruise. She is a dessert person and loved it! I enjoyed it as well and would do it again in a heartbeat. I added the wine pairing, which was nice to have with each dessert. Our favorite was the Citron!!

Apologies if this is already obvious but it's worth keeping in mind the dessert experience is very different from eating a regular meal in Palo or Remy. It feels a lot more like the beverage tasting seminars; every dessert was brought out to every table at the same time, and an explanation was given of it. So the pacing was determined for the room (vs having a meal at your own pace). Maybe it was just me who wasn't expecting that but it caught me a bit off guard when we did it. That said, the desserts were great and if you're looking for something different to do, it's worth considering!
