... You help me decide ... Please!
We have never done either so I am not even sure that I really know the difference between the two, so any thoughts and insights you all may have is really appreciated!
Both have their merits IMO, and I've done both multiple times.
Palo :
Pros - lots of food, buffet style for some of it, plated for others. Eat as little or as much as you'd like, they will keep bringing you food.
Cons - Overall busier, more casual dining atmosphere, sometimes I feel like I've gotta eat everything in sight!! (well that might not be that bad in retrospect!

)
Remy:
Pros - great food, everything plated and coursed out (think prix fixe for the food) - you leave feeling full but not overly stuffed. More of a fine dining experience. Champagne pairings were excellent, and a good value IMO.
Cons - More of a formal brunch (not everyone likes formal brunchs!). Can't really eat everything you want/multiple plates since it isn't buffet style. Less variety as it is basically a prix fixe menu (they are able to modify some things for dietary concerns etc, but you basically get what is on the menu)
Hopefully this gives you a bit of an idea! As mentioned they are both great, and I do them both every cruise. Really comes down to personal preference!
