I saw plenty of capris the two separate times I went to Palo brunch. I think it's just going to depend on who is manning the front desk. We went to brunch at Palo on 11/9/2015. There were so many people not in proper attire. I saw shorts, graphic t-shirts, converse sneakers, other types of athletic shoes and capris. I guess management didn't care that day. FWIW, I wore a maxi dress and was able to get in with my Tory Burch leather flip flops. It was an honest mistake. I completely spaced it. I had put them on that morning and was going to go back to the room and switch to a pair of wedges. We were off doing something on the ship and then headed straight to Palo. I didn't realize what I had done until a saw other people's footwear then looked down at my own feet. Oops!
