Palo-Be Our Chef

Hello....my DH and I are planning our first Cruise on the Fantasy in August for the Western Caribbean. I found some information about Be Our Chef at Palo, which is a culinary experience. Does anyone know anything further? How can I make reservations for this?

I believe I read that (at this time) it's only for Concierge.
