Palo Bar

Hi all,

I thought I read on the boards that you could stop by for a drink at the Palo bar, even if you are not having dinner (of course, dressed appropriately). We are wondering if you can also order any food. For example, appetizers or dessert?

Has anyone done this?

My understanding is that it is just for drinks.

And what a nice place to have a drink!

We went up there and had drinks and dessert. It wasn't a problem.

From the information I have read on the board, you are able to get desert. We had hoped to go & have the chocolate souffle one night. Unfortunantly DD wouldn't go back to the club so we didn't get to. We are planning on doing that for the next cruise in December.

I'd guess not (because you're paying a 15% tip on all drinks at the bar), but even if we did have to pay $10 - the souffle is so worth it!!

Thanks everyone. I am glad I posted this thread.

We are not planning to have dinner at Palo because we tend to fall in love with our servers and hate to miss a dinner there. We are planning to do the brunch, but I didn't think the chocolate souffle was offered. This thread answered all my questions! I can't wait to get there and start indulging!

Does anyone know if they sell champagne by the glass?
