Palo and spa reservations?

Okay, will someone please tell me exactly what we should do after we board in order to get Palo and spa reservations? We plan to arrive early to port. I feel silly asking for step by step instructions but I'd hate to not get my reservations after lurking and learning on these boards for so long! Thanks!

Sometimes the ressies both start at the same time and sometimes it's staggered by half an hour. You want to arrive at the ressie location at least 15 minutes early. If they are at the same time, your party can split up and keep in contact via radio or cellphone.
