What (if anything) does Palm Financial have to do with DVC?

It is my understandinng that Disney owns Palm Financial, and it is part of the financing arm of DVD. I've researched it a little, and Palm Financial shows up on a lot of Disney's "Privacy Policies" and such, and Palm Financial has a Celebration, FL address. Here's a link to one such mention....
