Hi, How busy does it get at Palio. Is it possible to walk in with no PS and get a table? Any info is appreciated! Joan

Are you asking about Palo, on the Disney Cruise ships?

Thanks Tracy! I only WISH it was for PALO on the DCL!! We have been on a 4 day Cruise and ate there 1x, but when we did the 7 day we ate there 4x! Do you think we LIKED it? I asked about Palio because I keep on reading how GREAT it is but I already have SO many PSs that I thought I may just try to go when the mood strikes. Joan

Don't know if you can just walk-in, but I do know it is a great restaurant.

The swordfish is outstanding! I am hoping it is back on the menu when we return next month.

We were able to get same day PSs for Palio in December. It wasnt crowded at all when we arrived. However, remember there are often conferences going on at the S/D and they could get very busy at any time. If Palio is a must do Id try to book a PS. It can always be cancelled if you dont need it. But, if you wanted to eat there withut a PS, you could always try and probably have a good chance of getting in. Im of the "better safe than sorry" thinking.
And FWIW, we enjoyed Palio very much!

Palio is one of our favorite places at WDW. We always have a PS, but over several trips I have never seen the restaurant full. Thus, if you time it right, you may be able to just walk up for a table (however, doesn't hurt to have the PS; you can always cancel it).
