I would appreciate your help deciding between these two restaurants. It will be myself, DH, DM, DF, and DD3. DD is Very well behaved in restaurants. She likes to show off her manners. Both menus look great, and none of ou are picky eaters. Thanks for the help.:p

Tough choice, as both are fine spots.
If it were just the two of you, I'd go for Palio, a more subdued meal with the strolling muscians, etc.
But for the family, I think FF and the Boardwalk setting is where I'd go.

Uncleromulus is right....both are great spots.
However, the last 2 dinners we had at FF did not meet our expecations/past experiences there.
Never had a bad meal at Palio, although this board gives it mixed reviews all the time.
I'm sure either choice will be a good one.
Enjoy! :D

I have eaten at FF nearly 20 times and have had one bad meal. The food is to die for (if you can't decide ask the chefs their opinion). I have eaten at Palio 4 times and while the atmosphere is great and the food was very good, I got sick 3 times shortly afterwards...Go to FF and have the risotto...Whatever risotto they have, even if you normally wouldn't consider it...

I just had a fabulous meal at the FF last week. I can't reccomend it highly enough!

We ate at both places our last trip--I would vote for Palios. The food was good at FF, but I thought it was better at Palios. I would allow a long time for dinner however, as the Palios dinner took around 1 1/2hrs and we were forced to have them package our dessert so we could make Cirque! :earsgirl:
