Pal Mickeys

I've been thinking of getting one but not at park price! I've been searching
Ebay and have come across some for less than $60! Can someone tell me
if the latest version of him is version 3? Him in the Sorecers Hat and Cape?
And any pros and cons you've experianced with yours? TIA!

It's been awhile since I bought mine so pardon me if I am wrong but I think $60 is high. I believe that is what they are in the parks, maybe a little less.

We took Pal Mickey last year and DD 4 wouldn't let him out of her arms. She lugged him to every park, every day. We had to buy all the outfits and change his clothes each day so he "matched" the park we were going to.

I know some people don't like carrying him around but Pal Mickey was a big hit for us.

I got mine about a month ago from WDW and it was $65. It is the one with the Sorceror's Hat.

I got mine last summer in the park also, for about $65. The sorcerer one is the latest version, and I LOVE mine!! Take the plunge, buy one, you won't regret it!!

They seem to go for around $50 on ebay, but add the $8+ for shipping and you might as well spend the few extra to get it at the parks. That way you know you are getting the most current one. Also my personal reasoning for buying one at the parks is we have Disney gift cards to use that we got from Christmas so in a since it's free for us there

My DD says she wants one but she is already pushing her budget for the trip with that purchase

I'm afraid to go against everyone else -- but I felt that it was totally not worth the money- $65. We brought it with us 2 times, and my boys could care less about it. He spent most of the time in our backpack. He was really hard to hear walking around the parks, with all the background noise. But he is cute (of course he is, he's Mickey)
If you really want to try it for yourself, I'd recommend finding it used for a cheaper price.
