anyone here bought or rented one of these interactive dolls? how was it?

We, DH and I, bought one on our last tri and still are having fun with him. For $50, bring some WDW magic home with you.

My fiance is a CM and they let them play with the Pal Mickey's in the parks until the end of July whenever they visited. I thought he was funny and an interesting idea. I really hope it catches on so that they might have different characters to choose from.

We bought one in June, he's fun, but hard to hear unless you hold him right up to your ear. It's also one more item to keep track of, do you hold him, wear him with the clip on (beware he unclipped himself from my dh pocket on BL ride and we lost him), or leave him in a stroller ( is he safe). We were lucky they replaced him for us, but I suggested a better clip or a way to identify him if he was turned in to a lost and found. Maybe a luggage tag or be able to program your name in to him. Not everyone would turn him in if they found him, but at least if they did it could be returned to you.

We used a bottle strap for pal mickey. never lost him that way and it was easyier to put him to our ears in a noisy area of the park.
