I need to do a quick paint fix on the walls throughout the house before we place it on the market. Every room needs repainting, so we're just painting the entire house one neutral color. We've narrowed it down to two - Coral Cliche' (Glidden) and Arabian Sands (Behr). I prefer Behr paint - it's what I've always used. But since we're selling the house, I just want whatever is going to cover fastest and easiest. The majority of the walls that we are painting are white. One room is a bright yellow. One room is a bright blue. And the only other room that is not white is basically the exact same shade that we are going to use now.
The guy at Home Depot said he preferred Behr too, but Glidden would probably be a better choice since we're planning to sell the house. He didn't feel it held up as well but that it would probably cover better with just one coat. I realize we may need two coats on the two colored rooms (yellow and blue), but I'm hoping to get away with one coat everywhere else.
What's your opinion?
