Paid In Full - Now what??

Hi everyone - I have a quick question for you. We are taking our first trip to Universal in Aug - we have been paid in full for a long time now. We are staying at the HRH. Do I get anything else in the mail from them before we leave or do I just bring the email they sent me when I paid?

i always received an email from the hotel a week before i am due to arrive there.

that email just states a welcome for your upcoming stay there.


i always print out the email i received when i book.
it has the date, rate, and all info on it.


i only have had to show it one time.
all other times (24...) the info was correct at check in.

did you get connecting rooms?

if so, you might receive 2 welcoming emails from the hotel, instead of one.

don't let that throw you off, they usually do the email for each room booked.

Yes we did book connecting rooms - Thanks I will be on the look out for two then

Did you book through Loews (don't usually pay in full until check-out ) or through Universal Vacations (pay in full well before check-in).

Your notifications will be different depending on who you booked through.
