Okay, so I took an hour-long spinning class back on November 12. I hadn't been lifting, biking, elliptical or anything like that. Just running and walking. The class was fine, no pain at all. After, well, different story my right knee on the inside was very painful. It feels like one of the small tendons. There was no swelling.
Fast forward to now. Luckily all of this time it has been pain free to run, and I have been working slowly on getting back on the elliptical. Anything with a high knee action bothered it. It has been fine for at least 3 weeks, so I did 1 set very light leg extensions on Sunday and now it is a little flared up again, starting last night.
Should I continue with the leg extensions or should I stop and give it more time?
I have a triathlon in May(sprint) going Goofy 2011.
