Page Ideas for WDW Scrapbook?

So, I'm going on a retreat in three weeks and I'm going to do our Disney trip as my project for the weekend. What I need is a list of MUST DO LOs and/or pictures. What are your favorite things/topics to do for LOs?

I'll do a running list here:
1.Anticipation/travel day
2. First look at Cindy's castle
3. Food
4. Meals/dinner/breakfast - even character meals
5. Rides
6. Characters Met
7. Where you stayed
8. Parks Pages (DHS, MK, EP, AK,BB, TL, DTD)

you know, I have found that to be the case with our pictures too. I'm debating on whether or not to do a two page spread on all the characters or one page per character.

I made a smaller album for my daughter with her favorite characters and then made 1 page layouts of "others" we saw at the specific park.
