Did you all get an email after you ordered with your confirmation and such? I haven't received anything from Creative Express today and I ordered immediately after Deb posted (Um, did I thank you yet, Deb? )

Of course, I went back and started looking around and found some other things I wanted to buy. I tried calling Customer Service but no one will answer the phone there. Do you think the order went through??

Well, I finally got through and the order did go through, so thanks anyway, but I don't need anyones help anymore!!

Sorry - I was out picking up DD from her horseback lesson. I was worried because I got an error message when I first placed my order this AM - although there was a confirmation # on the page, it said "connection refused". I had visions of all of you getting it except me!

I called & couldn't get through either. After an hour I did leave a message and they called back to say the order had actually gone through. And yes, I almost ordered more stuff too! Especially when I saw that I could order up to $100 worth of stuff for the same shipping!

It's a sickness I tell you!!

And yes, Beanie, you have thanked me! I believe your DH also sent his thanks along.

Hey - I just checked my email for my order confirmation (still isn't there) & I have a newsletter from them. It explains why we got the Big Cuts:

Just checking to see if anyone has received their order yet? I received my e-mail confirmation from Creative Express right after I placed my order but still nothing about shipping my package.

Normally I receive a pre-shipment alert from Fedex saying it has shipped. But nothing like that has come.

I haven't gotten anything. I also placed my order with everyone else. Shipping is real slow.

Well you're one up on me! I still haven't even gotten the confirmation email from them. I'm guessing they're even busier right now than they were with the Sizzlet Classic alpha for $25! I guess more of us ordered this. The site does say it should take 1 - 2 weeks. But I'm going to call again if I don't hear from them by Weds....just to make sure I can re-order before the end of the month.

I didn't get any confirmation emails (on both my orders ) either! I haven't heard a word, but I did call them and both orders went through, so I imagine they are just slow on delivery. It would be nice to get them today!

I got my email tody too! It's estimated to arrive Friday - I sure hope it gets here before 5:00 in the afternoon this time! (Last order arrived at 5pm) DH gets home early on Fridays. That's all I need - to have him walking in at the same time that the FedEx guy shows up!

I didn't get any confirmation of any kind. I did get an error message when I placed the order. So, I called them the day I placed the order. They received it. I just now called them, and it shipped today via FedX.
