Packing your pins?

When flying to Disney (WDW or DL), where do you pack your pins that you use for trading? Do you pack them in your luggage or your carry-on baggage? Why?

If you want to see your pins again take them in carry on. Don't ever put anything in your suitcase that is valuable.

TSA agents are used to seeing pins at MCO.

Think they know what they are at LAX? We are trying DL instead of WDW this year.

I am sure they are very familiar with them there also.
