I ve seen plenty of packing lists but is there any lists for specific night cruises? We are going on a 3 night Dream cruise Aug 19-22 and Im having a hard time deciding what I need to bring. The kids are easy because DD13 has plenty of brand new rompers and sundresses plus a bunch of swimsuits. DD9 has a plenty of shorts and a few nicer pairs for dinners..my issues is hubby and I. What is an ok dress for dinners for adults? Is shorts and tshirts ok or should I pack dresser shorts/polos for hubby and dress pants/blouses for me? The main issue is we will be in Disney for a week before that with DD dance team so im trying not to bring a ton of stuff and I know the dressier stuff wont get touched in Disney. We are driving so I planning on having a suitcase of clothes just for the drive there and back which will stay in the car during the cruise. Hubby and I will have a large suitcase to share and the kids will each have a carryon and then there another bag/suitcase with extra swim stuff ( we will wear one suit to port) and a carryon with all the electronics?

how much clothes do I need. While in Disney everyone likes to come back to the room, swim, showers and change before we go back to the park at night. Should I plan to wash clothes either at the hotel before we leave or on the cruise?

I wear capris and a t-shirt normally for dinner. Dh wears shorts and a t-shirt. I usually say it's something we would wear to to a sit down restaurant at home. Like olive garden, red lobster, etc. On the semi formal night I still wear capris with a nicer shirt.
If you have time to wash before leaving WDW I would just so you have less to wash at home and a few extra things for the cruise. I wouldn't want to waste the time on a short cruise doing wash.

3 night cruise is very casual, I would not worry with packing any pants or dresses. We did the same as above, capris and shorts with a nice shirt.

Capris.shorts, tee shirts and a couple of bathing suits each should cover you.
For a 3 night cruise (which is super casual) you could reasonably each pack a carryon or two instead of a suitcase and get everything in there that you need.

Have fun!

For a 3-night cruise, don't overthink it. the cruise will be over so fast, you will be wondering what happened!

For dinner, maybe just pack polos or short sleeved button down shirts for your husband. He can wear them with regular shorts each night. You're sitting...nobody will see what you're wearing from the waist down! As for yourself, anything goes. capris or shorts and a top. Me personally, I took sundresses, then used them as cover-ups for the next day. And they take up less space when packing.

thanks everyone! I feel a lot better!! The issue with the suitcase is that we are coming from 6 days at Disney and hubby doesnt want to leave too much stuff in the car while we are gone.
