Hello fellow travelers!

Only 8 more days until our trip, and I am thinking what food to take with us. I have a few snack items, some breakfast foods, and some chocolate (must have!).

What food do you usually take?

We drive, so I take a case of bottled water, a case of soda, snacks (usually nuts, cheese its, some candy, etc.). I also take some grapes and bananas, mini muffins and granola bars for b'fast. I have taken yogurt cups before (I freeze them before leaving home and they keep well until we can get them refrigerated), and usually I buy a couple of 1/2 gallons of milk once we get there.

For travel, I usually take grapes, nuts, trail mix, M&Ms, etc.

We drive so I usually pack the following:

1) Bottled water;
2) Colas;
3) Chips-Pringles travel best because they are in a can;
4) Crackers;
5) Breakfast bars;
6) Snack size cereal;
7) Peppermints & assorted hard candies for the backpack;
8) M&M's (they melt in your mouth, not in your backpack;))
9) Milk-small containers;
10) Sweet tea-small bottles (you can hardly find sweet tea at WDW);
11) Yougrt-snack size.

We used to bring along stuff for sandwiches but after we started staying onsite, we really didn't need to anymore.

It depends on if you are driving or flying, relying on disney transportaion or renting a car!

We fly, and sometimes rent a car. If we have a car, we pack less snack foods because we will make a grocery store stop.

If we don't have a car, we'll pack dried foods. We used to pack up juice boxes in our checked luggage, but they have overweight luggage fees now so it's not worth the dollar we save by bringing our own.

The dried foods I bring are: Oatmeal, tasters choice dried coffee, (that way one pot of coffee pot water can get us both the oatmeal and coffee!) snack foods such as trail mix, nuts, dried fruits and power bars. We feel that having snacks and breakfast in our room is an easy way for us to save money. We plan on eating one light meal/snack and one sit down meal a day.

we are driving and we are going to bring fruit snacks, gogurt (freeze before you leave home), bottled water, 12 pack drinks, juice boxes, pringles, and oatmeal for breakfast. we are also going to bring a pack of styrofoam bowls (for the oatmeal) and spoons.

we will have lots of assorted snacks that are individually wrapped to snack on in the car.

we have the dining plan so we plan on eating at disney

I know that the OP asked for food items but we always like to bring those little drink packets that you can add to a bottle of water. Crystal Light, Koolade, Lipton, Powerade we bring quite the variety.
We don't like to drink alot of pop so this these packets work great!
