anything else you absolutely used at WDW? TIA :goodvibes

Our dining reservations are made, and our plans for each park are pretty set (with room for flexibility of course!) We have our Disney Visa Rewards cards, and extra spending money ready to go. I also have a list of clothes for each day for each of us ready so we will not even have to think about what to wear!

IDs on kids? I used tattoo paper and made my own, easy and fast. A lot of people use those "lance armstrong" type bracelets, too. You could just write on them with a Sharpie if you bought plain ones at the discount store.

Did I see sunblock on your list (I forget...)?

LOTS of baby wipes!

moleskin if anyone is prone to blisters?

thermometer?

swimmies or floaties for the pool?

extra batteries needed for anything? maybe for the mister fans?

cell phone charger!!! (we forgot ours once)

ooh sunblock of course! we have it but I think if I do not write it down I will forget for sure, LOL!

I also had ID things #1 on my list but when I copied/pasted I must have deleted them.

We don't use floaties-but we are taking a swimsuit that has built in floaties in the suit. My DS is a strong swimmer and if needed he can use the resort life jackets if he wants.

So far no blisters for any of us-we are taking 3 pairs of shoes each and coming back each day for a break and to change shoes/socks. I have 2 pairs of sneaks I use at the gym each day so they are well broken in, and we are taking crocs in a backpack (for under the stroller) for when it rains each day since it stinks walking around with wet feet!

:goodvibes

WOW, thats some list. Just popped in to say have a great trip!

I didn't see clothing on your list! You'll need extra clothing. ;)

Seems my list is about the same as yours.... except when I look at all the stuff in my bedroom it seems like it's way more than what is on the list!!!! Lucky for us we are driving and I have a suburban.... so I can take all the stuff I want!

Where did you get misting fans and glow sticks? Thanks!
Christy

I got my misting fans at Wal-Mart a while back but I recently saw on another thread that someone else got them there on sale recently.
Glow sticks I got at the $ store. :goodvibes

Can't wait-just 6 days left!

Did you list ponchos?

Have a great trip!!!!:goodvibes

yup-i have 2 for each of us just in case.

Most of my list is already purchased. I have a chart with our clothes for each day already and just pulled most of them for DS and DD, plus I set aside the diapers, wipes, and hairbows. I am hoping to pack little by little today and this week so Saturday it is just "finishing up.":goodvibes

(we leave this week too...SO excited):tigger:
i'm comparing our lists, to see what i forgot, your list has helped a lot, thanks! something i saw on a list here on disboard..."instant mute buttons" for children. dum dum lollipops. i loved it!:lmao: i don't intend to overuse them, but for the plane ride with a 1 year old, or when you are trapped in a line and can't escape w/ the little ones an instant mute button would be GREAT!

also, in the toiletries, i always seem to forget baby shampoo/bath wash...:confused3

ooh good idea-my DD LOVES lollipops and I think it may help on take off/landing since she is too little to chew gum.
But since she is still a toddler she tends to have long sticky drool when she gets a lolly! I may get a bag of Smarties for her since I can dole those out in times of emergency and she can remain drool free in line!

I have a seperate toiletries bag packed we took with us on trips this summer; I left it packed so I knew I would have our must haves with us.

I'd add:

Sunglasses and hats! We were just there and it's still really hot (and we're Floridians).

Stain stick/shout wipes/tide pen - I wash out best I can, stain stick it, shove it in a ziploc, and let it sit until I get home. (The ziploc's so that I don't forget to check it when I get home.)

Food - I'm not sure how well popcorn will hold up in the park - we take yogos, gummy snacks, starbursts and tootsie rolls - not the healthiest, but WDW is not an every-day occurrence. We also take apples as DD is an apple fanatic and will eat them somewhat bruised. Grapes, well, we made smushed grapes out of them.

Handi-Wipes for sticky hands.

Sharpie - there's always something I want to mark...

Ticket holder. I got one at Office Max for $3 that I'm finally happy with.

I'd skip the umbrellas - we only use them between the car and the resort.

I also skip the misting fan. We use a tiny fan and a misty-mate.

Have fun!
