Package question

I was hoping someone would know this:

We have 3 night (room only) booked at the POR, then we move over to the BC for a package with tickets and DDP. Is it possible to pick up our package tickets (not including DDP)during our POR stay?

Most likely no. Some have reported success having those done but many have reported the CM would not do it.

The official rule is that you would get it upon check-in for that period at that particular resort.
