The last time I used this was back in 2004, we've had strollers to haul things around since then. This will be our first stroller free trip in 10 years... how does package delivery work these days?

When you make a purchase, tell the shop CM you'd like delivery to your resort.
It's free.

You must still have at least two days left of your stay to choose resort delivery.

Packages will be sent to your resort gift shop, and you will get a phone message to pick them up at your convenience.
(If you are staying "concierge level" at selected resorts, packages will be delivered to your room.)

If you are doing a split stay, can you request they be delivered to a resort you have yet to check in to?

Good question. . . I would guess so, since your items just go to the gift shop & not to your actual room. Possibly the CM at the shop can make a notation on the delivery receipt that you're checking in on X date.
