Package delivery to Dolphin

Hi,

Can I have my park purchases delivered to my room at the Dolphin? Or do I have to pick them up at the guest service?

It is my understanding that package delivery works the same at the Swan and Dolphin as it does for any of the other Disney resorts. As long as you are not checking out the next day, you can have packages delivered to the hotel. Hopefully someone who previously stayed at one of these great resorts can tell us where you have to go to pick up the packages at the resort. Have a magical trip.

They won't deliver the packages if you're checking out the next day? I thought the packages were delivered on the day of the purchase.

It is possible but you should plan on getting them the next day. When we stayed at CBR they told us to come back after noon the next day.

Hi Dolphin Girl - Everytime that I have been to Disney I have always been told that if you are checking out the next day, they won't deliver to the resort. I don't think I ever had a package delivered the same day that I purchased the product. I always try to get my shopping done early in my trip so that I don't have to lug packages back to the resort myself.

To answer the original question--your purchases are delivered to the gift shops at the S/D. You will receive a call when your package has arrived.
