package delivered?

I shipped a box to POFQ and it arrived today my concern is I don't arrive until the 19th will they still hold my package until I get there? it clearly states on the label my arrival date

In talking with Bell Services in the past, they have always said they don't like to hold packages more than 7 days. When I asked what happens after 7 days, they said it depends on if they need the space or not. If they do, they will return to sender.

I did not expect it to get to florida so quickly. I just mailed it Wed. from Massachusetts.
Hoping it will still be there when we arrive it would suck if it wasn't

I agree with @dansdad I would not expect them to hold it over 2 weeks. I can’t imagine they have that kind of room.

We arrive in 13 days so it may be cutting it close. Crossing my fingers it will be there

13 days is a long time longer than 7. I hope it is there for you but I doubt it.

usps tracking says it was delivered to an "agent" and not directly to the resort, I am thinking this is most likely a mail sorting location but I could be wrong.

Since you shipped it USPS, it went to the sorting facility. If Fed Ex or UPS, it would go to POFQ. You'll be fine. They'll hold it until you arrive.

It went USPS, so it went to the sorting facility, maybe that gets me a couple more days, thank you dansdad

I realized that after I posted and then edited my post. They'll hold it for you until you arrive. You're good.

It should be at the resort when you arrive. Just inquire at Bell Services. If by chance it's not, they will have the sorting facility will have it there the next day.

Have the email available with you when you check in that lists when and where it was delivered. The last couple of times I have stayed at Disney they have asked to see the email. Also helps if you need to track down the package.

I don't have an email, just the text message...and the usps tracking number/slip..thank you again for all your help
