Package deal ends on Sat, room only or email/pins codes coming out?

Since the package deal for Oct - Dec ends on Saturday, any rumors to a room only or email/pin code coming out for November dates? I know there was an email/pin code available (to those who received it) covering 10/1 - 10/31.

Last year I got an email around 10/10 or so offering a pin code for Nov & Dec dates, but alas couldn't use it. Hoping for something for this year.

Sorry, I don't know but I am curious to see also if there will be a room-only rate code for October. We want to go for 1 night on October 10 so I keep watching and waiting....

I think they should come out with some specials deals Sunday in the newspaper... to start off their promotion.. oh that would be so nice!

If a new code does come out for Nov or Dec, and we already are booked with a different code, can we change if it is better and they have availability?

I hope they release room codes. It's not gonna make or break my trip as it's just the first 4 nights I need the code for, and it's a value so the savings wouldn't be huge but any savings would be most welcome.

if a new code comes out that you like, call up and check availability and book it first before cancelling your existing reservation. Hopefully they'll transfer your deposit from your old to your new ressie - certainly ask them. But whatever else you do, make sure you don't cancel the one you have until you're 100% sure of and happy with the new one.

For check-ins 10/30/06-12/23/06 you can get a special discount on Walt Disney Resort hotels. 11/19/06-11/23/06 and 12/2/06-12/8/06 may be excluded from this offer. Some hotels may have limited or no availability for certain dates.

While this discount is valid at a variety of Disney Resorts, some sample prices/ night (excluding tax) include:

Wilderness Lodge with a court yard view for $245 (regular season) or $209 (value season)


Wilderness Lodge with a woods view for $210 (regular season) or $189 (value season)

In some cases, AAA rates were better than the room-only discounted rates. Some blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. I just applied the BRY code to my WL ressie and I save $114

My AP rate for the Poly was actually better than the "room only", so I didn't save any money there.

I just called WDW to get a quote on BRY code and moderate POR mid November stay was $124 per night. AKL standard was $184 per night and AKL savannah was $265 night.

Wow! So POR is discounted too? Excellent! It's worth calling them then I guess. My 1st four nights are 24th to 28th Oct so we just missed it. Still, I'm gonna check rates for 3rd and 4th November and see what I get. Did you go ahead and book?

Yea I finally got a discount! Our stay is Oct 27- Nov 3 so I was able to get the code rate for the last 4 nights and keep the 1st 3 as a separate reservation with my AAA. It was a bit of a hassle to make two different ressie for our trip but for a $180 discount it was worth it. I got AKL Std. $207 a night (including tax) for my last 4 nites with the code.

Thanks. I was so happy I got the discount for WL. I hadn't been able to get it with the AP discount. I may have to rethink going during Jersey week again. The discounts for the week are not as good as other weeks.

Yes it is. When I spoke to the CM she said I was her FIRST call with that CODE!!

I called and these are prices I was quoted for Nov 3rd and 4th:

All Star Movies:
pref room only available - 101 (plus tax) per night
AAA rate is/was 94 (plus tax) per night, pref
Disney discount - 10 dollars
AAA discount 17 dollars
so for ASMo AAA discount is better.

Port Orleans Riverside:
124 (plus tax) per night -
AAA rate is/was 131.75 per night
Disney discount - 31 dollars
AAA discount 23.25 dollars
so for POR Disney discount rate is better.

What that means is that there is a special code just for her. The code has a pin number attached to it so she can't share the code with anyone (like when the codes are posted here).
