I have quite the list for vaca items for August. I am planning on doing an instacart order for snacks and tear free shampoo. What do you pack and what do you send to the hotel? My goal is to attempt only carryon luggage....what is worth the $6 package charge?
Already planning on shipping diapers and sunscreen.

Send all the bulky items to the hotel which will free you up to achieving your goal of utilizing one suitcase.
Ordering from as few vendors as possible will allow you to cut down on shipping fees. Remember that Amazon is having a sale this weekend and try to use delayed shipping if offered.

As for the actual packing of clothes items try to limit your items to specific colors as this lets you switch tops and bottoms at will. For a summer holiday no matter the duration one weeks worth of clothing should suffice with accessories such as scarves to change your look around. It’s not hard to achieve a wash and wear wardrobe in today’s environment so leave anything that needs ironing at home.

Utilize the stores free shipping to hotel at WDW for any souvenirs you buy; less worrying about loss or theft.

I’ve been traveling with one suitcase for decades no matter the life stage and it’s quite freeing.

Have fun!

Back in the day when we used to fly (California to Florida), we would have a rental car and stop at Walmart or some other place for shampoo, snacks, etc. I'd have my list and we were in and out. After moving, we live closer to WDW, we drive.

From prime- Some wipes, food, beverages like water…

Are you shipping from home or ordering things online and having them shipped to the hotel? Keep in mind it's a $6 fee per package so make sure if ordering from somewhere they ship them together.
