Pack and Play Question

We are going in August with an infant. I have used the pack and plays there before for our toddler just fine. With an infant I would prefer they be a little higher up so I can lay them down without waking them up. Our pack and play at home came with an attachment thing that clips on the sides and then you can place the pad part about half way up. We also have a bassinet attachment with the one at home. Has anyone tried to just bring the attachment parts I listed and they fit with the pack and play provided at Disney? Our brand at home in Graco.

we drove with a number of cars so we just brought ours from home. not sure I would trust if pack and play did not come with the sling how it would hold. if it would come loose the baby would fall to floor of pack and play

I would bring my own pack & play if I wanted to use the bassinet feature. If it didn't fit just perfect I would have been afraid of her falling if she moved. Many airlines transport baby gear for free if you are flying. How old will baby be? I took DD on a trip at 10 weeks and just used the hotel Pack and play without the bassinet. Most of the have a 15lbs weight max anyway once baby can roll I would want to used it for safety reasons.

If I remember (and I could be wrong) their pack-n-plays are slightly smaller than the standard size. I am not sure that I would risk it.

I would also not risk it.

We used our pack n play as a crib until we moved our son into his own room. He is a big boy and outgrew the 15 lb weight limit on the bassinet pretty quickly, and we had to move to using just the bottom part. I am short and have short limbs, and I laid him down in it without waking him every night. I think you'll be fine.

Now he's 15 months old and weighs almost 29 lbs! It's a good thing I no longer have to rock him to sleep because I can barely get him into the crib with my t-Rex arms!
