So I woke up and did the yoga today. I don't know if it was the extremely early hour or the fact that it was just so dang long, but I really didn't enjoy it. I think I will get the other Tony yoga dvd and see if I like that one better. I did learn something though, I'm good at yoga

Now learning to like it will be an adventure

Tomorrow is day 12 and I'm supposed to do Legs and Back, plus the ab ripper. I'm hoping that some of my soreness in my arms subsides so I don't have to cry my way through the pull-ups.....oh wait, I do that anyway

Now I need to go to sleep before the banana chocolate chip muffins on my counter convince me to eat them!
