Thats good news. Still keep an eye on them, though. My dog's tumors showed nothing on needle aspirate, either. It wasn't until they removed them and sent them to pathology that they discovered they were cancerous. It doesn't sound that way in your dog's case, but just know a needle aspirate is not 100% accurate, it only shows a very small percentage of cells.
