P&P Party tickets

I posted in another thread, and the CM I spoke to last night. Stated they will have a 2009 party and they the dates. He also said the ticket prices are very good.

Nope sorry not today. Thursday 11-20. I asked the CM about the dates not actually ever being posted on the Disney Website and the times being changed if that meant anything. She swore they still will have the party. As said in other threads- well not going to repeat it. But will continue to check until I get an official its off from Disney.

Thank you Susan for continuing to try to get an official answer. But I am having trouble staying optimistic about this one.

Thanks for still trying Stitchfan...I am still trying to be hopefull, but I guess each day they make it look like there isn't a party it gets harder to hope for one.

There is not much that is less reliable
than "general information" that you get from a phone CM, chosen at random.

I checked this morning and the pirate and princess page is gone and it is no longer listed on the halloween and christmas party special event page. I am not feeling very optimistic.


Also, the closing times for March all changed and the MK is closing at 8 and 9 instead of 11 the last two weeks.

CM: No, I'm sorry, I don't have any information on the sale of tickets. I know that they will be having the Pirate & Princess party, but have no information about when tickets will go on sale.

Me: So, you do think they will have them in 2009 though?

CM: OH YES, WE DEFINITELY WILL HAVE THEM. We've been told that. STARTING IN FEBRUARY.

Me: Oh, ok , great! Do you know when ticket information may become available?

CM: Oh, no, we don't know anything about that. They didn't tell us.

Me: Ok, I'll just keep checking the website. Thank you very much for your help.

Soooo, just take that for what it's worth.

We must have talked to the same CM today, because I got the same answer, only mine actually gave me all the dates previously mentioned on the allears

I don't know if this has already been discussed, but I wanted to mention that not only did the closing time of April 1 change (a rumored P&PP date), but almost ALL of the closing times changed for that week (along with many other days in the first few months of 2009).

So, is it possible that when they were updating closing times in the system, that the P&PP dates closing times accidentally got changed as well? Maybe they are holding off on changing them back for P&PP until the dates are officially released and tickets go on sale.

Just a theory, and probably a lot wishful thinking. I'm trying to remain hopeful.

No, again not today. Saturday 11-22 This time the CM says they are given a 2-3 days heads up and she wasn't given that yet so if I want I don't have to call back until a couple more days. I will continue calling daily though just in case.

Same CM claims they are adding a few days. I will believe that when I see it. Oh well see you all tomorrow.

as I said in a earlier post won't believe that until I officially read it on Disney's website. As far as I am concern it is still on.

Kara from the Disney Mom's Panel indicated in her Q&A today that she was informed by Disney that there would be no P&PP parties in 2009
