P.O.T.C. On Stranger Rides! The Missing Chapter,,Final Thoughts,, Preview Thoughts.

Thumperman, now I'm all verklempt at work. Thanks!:lovestruc
You're all what? ver something? I'm gonna have to Google :surfweb: that word before I comment further.

Verklempt:
Extremely emotional. On the verge of tears.

Now that I know what it means. I'll have to remember this word for future use.

Anyways, I didn't mean to make you verklempt at work. Just saying my farewells until we post again in August.

For everyone that has no idea what verklempt means I looked it up. It means "overcome with emotion"

Verklempt:
Extremely emotional. On the verge of tears.

Now that I know what it means. I'll have to remember this word for future use.

Anyways, I didn't mean to make you verklempt at work. Just saying my farewells until we post again in August.

Too funny. :lmao: We were both thinking the same thing at the same time. :rotfl:

Vocabulary, it's not just for breakfast!

Boy, another sad day,
Davy Jones passed away suddenly!
We saw him for the first time back in '06 at the Flower Power concerts, that year they ran the shows all week long, in on one vacation we caught The Association, Davy Jones and BJ Thomas, Davy's show was by far the best, and i'm a big Thomas fan, I didn't even want to see Davy but Diane did, and he turned out to be quite the showman, we made a point of seeing him again the next year, and I also know he was scheduled to play at the American Gardens Theater again this year, I think in only a few weeks away.
Darn

:lmao: I can see it now. At the end of a page and a half chapter it'll end like this:

And then with a reluctant little shudder, the wheels began to turn and we began to back out of the garage. Next chapter, we exit the garage and begin the trip down the driveway. It'll be a long chapter because I want to reach the halfway point on the driveway.

Ponzi, we ALL greatly anticipate you doing a report, and I can't wait to play the role where I get to sit back an practice my sarcasm.

You know how it feels when you pull onto a highway and you're doing about 10MPH and somebody passes you at 70? We were doing 95MPH (no, that's not a typo: ninety five miles per hour, or about 150 KMH) when I glanced in the rearview mirror and nudged my sister sitting beside me. This Porsche went by me doing about 150 or more. Wow.

Yeah, I imagine that get's your attention.
Heck, I hate it in Georgia,,, the speed limit is 70, but on rt. 75 most people are driving the route number, with many up at 80,,,, and then, there it is, "Diane, does that sign say what I think it does?"
"Yep, MINIMUM SPEED- 45." You are on top of somebody in a heartbeat if they are only doing 45 mph.

I'd pay extra to have that installed in every body else's car!

My other favorite line is, "Any particular color you are waiting for?"

Never heard of it. Googled it and yep, Arthur Herzog.

Huh! Still got some old brain cells left up there after all.

Actually that was one of the car's best features. Normally bugs had horrible heat. This one had a gas heater installed just under the hood in front of the firewall. The nice thing was you could turn on the heater, turn off the car and let it run for hours without using up a noticeable amount of gas. I remember going to see a movie with DW on a cold -30 night. We came out afterwards and while everyone was busy scraping ice from their windshields, we popped into our nice toasty car and drove off.

I remember a loooong time ago, Bill Cosby did a routing on VW's that was pretty funny,, "IF the fan belt breaks we use a rubber band!"

Nope. Not a clue where you're going with that one. Let me Google it. Hang on.

I had no idea that song was even called Aqualung, let alone had even the foggiest idea of the lyrics.

In 1974 I bought my first boat, this is years before I met Smidgy even. It was a 17 ft. tri-hull runabout with an open bow. My new, best friend at work who was older than me got me into boating, and of course he talked me into making it official,, you have to have a professional paint a "name" on the back of the boat, soon after, "Aqualung" toured the Chain of lakes every weekend.
Yes, the bad puns went even back to then.

Great.

Now I'll actually have to work when I'm at work.

JK.

Great dissection Pkondz! :thumbsup2 I sure am going to miss you guys!

Thumper Man, I like the song! Great job! :thumbsup2

Alas, I would be at Disney right now, but DS is sick with strep throat, so we will have to live on the edge and survive MK for 24 hous another time. I couldn't leave with DS being sick.

So this morning we had an extremely thick fog here. I found myself thinking about the blown tire and thinking that I have to agree with one of your recent posts Nebo. Never, ever say things can't get worse, because this fog had to be a relative of the beast that followed you on the trip. It was the worst I have ever seen or driven through. :scared1:

I made it to work, but I had visions of Nebo level accidents dancing in my head all the way.

So, no surprise here, I hope you will have some sort of TR for the April/May trip. I would love to hear about the "Flower Power" concert series that will be going on during your trip. Well, really, I would like to hear about anything from your trip.

Thanks for taking the time to write this TR Nebo. It's been one heck of a journey.

Sorry to hear you could n't make it Buzz, I know you were looking forward to the all night thing.
And yes, there are not many things in this world more terrifying than to be driving along and then not being able to see anything, whether from rain, fog, smoke or just darkness, ,,, I still have many nightmares where that happens,, I 'm driving along and suddenly,,, I can't see and I'm just waiting to slam into something!

And so the end has really arrived.... sigh.... Glad you're leaving the trip report open. Keep posting and making us laugh, write a trip to the grocery store report if you have to :lmao: Good words about loving your loved ones while you have them. :littleangel:

I did the grocery store thing once, and believe me, it got ugly! But thank you, glad you enjoyed it.

Wow, Nebo, I'm really sorry that you are done. Please put me on the list for notification about the mini trip report for the April trip. Better put all of us on that list.

Getting to read you and Ponzi duke it out has brought real joy to a tough time in my life. Thanks!

Yes, I suppose I can send out invitations again if I start it up like I did this time, but man,
that just seems, like, oh, you know man, so tacky.
But it is funny when I start a new report with a two paragraph chapter and 30 people then post!:lmao::rotfl:
freaks out newby's!:rotfl:

We will comment more tomorrow. Tonight is about Granddaddy. :littleangel:

Prayers will be sent tonight from the Thumpers.

Thumper? I guess I kind of overdid it talking about Dad, I just wanted to finally use the last chance of saying how special he was while the subject was still appropo. And I'm sure there is still the matter of missing the funeral that makes me want to do , or say, something.

You and your wife have been terrific helping me out on this thread, and I can't thank you enough.

Boy, another sad day,
Davy Jones passed away suddenly!

in on one vacation we caught The Association, Davy Jones and BJ Thomas, Davy's show was by far the best, and i'm a big Thomas fan, I didn't even want to see Davy but Diane did,

Darn

[/B][/COLOR]

Oddly enough, my uncle is an original member of The Association. He was back up vocals/guitar. Apparently they're in the #1 club, that no one knows the name of the group... I bet YOU know that #1... but I doubt few others on the DIS would know the #1 song they did AND the band...

(One summer when I was in High School I spent a week with my aunt & uncle and the band came to his house- the night they were inducted into some "hall of fame" in Chicago... and they played ALL NIGHT LONG... I literally had never been up that late in my life.. probably went to bed around 5 a.m. and then they woke me up and took me to a pancake breakfast around 8 a.m.... and then ended up singing to me and the waitress thru most of breakfast. It was the COOLEST thing EVER :hippie:! Now sadly, the lead singer... I wanna say his name is Dave...? is battling throat cancer and one of the other guys' wives died not long ago... so they don't tour anymore as far as I know. They played a show at my hometowns annual festival and that was the only time I'd ever even heard of them playing. -- putting the soap box away)

Anyway... that just reminded me of it.. sorry, had to share.

:sad1: So sad to see the end of another Nebo and Smidgy adventure. Glad you both made it through that last part. That's a huge fear of mine (especially since I had kids). Great driving!! Although, I kept thinking as I was reading of that line in Mater's Tall Tales, when Mater is telling Lightning his "tall tale" about them jumping the Grand Canyon Evil Knievil-style and as their going off the jump Lightning says "Well what happened?" and Mater says to him "You didn't make it." Google "Mater the Greater" and see if you can watch it on You Tube or something, if you haven't seen it.

Pretty sure we did see that in a DVD before a Pixar movie started, although I won't say for sure,,, damn manhattans.

Anyway, after all the trouble with the car this trip, I bet the Aluminum Tube of Death doesn't seem so bad for the next trip. Hope it turns out MUCH better! Maybe you could just do a quick synopsis for us, instead of a full on report. That'll tide us over until the big one in August. (And I'll really be looking for it by then, as my trip will be just around the corner!)

Actually, the ATOD sounds even worse now, with my luck seeming to be on downgrade, I once again refer to the fact that there are few "fender benders" in the sky! But FLY is what we are doing, I'll talk more about this soonly.

Jackson is so darn cute - thanks for sharing the pictures. And so too is Granddaddy! That picture will become even more precious as time goes on. My grandmother wasn't too well when either of my kids were born, so there aren't many pictures. But the ones we have mean the world to me.

Take care of yourselves and each other! Will look forward to hearing from you again soon!!

And thank you dear Nancy, appreciate your comments.

Dang, it's over? I am once again about 3 chapters behind :sad2:

I'll catch up Friday when I have a day off. In the meantime, could you pretty please start the next one? Well, OK, you can wait till after Friday when I catch up. I know, I'm nice like that :)

You know young lady, for a person who wants me to keep writing forever, you sure find a way to always be behind lately..... but I hope that maybe sometime soon we can meet up again down there, if only just to chat.

This would be me! I have read every one of your TR's through the years, but I don't think I've ever posted. So, thank you for the many hours of entertainment you have provided.

I have to share with you what I call my Nebo coincidences. First, I, too, love my blue Santa Fe! Well, I did until it was totalled two years ago, but I had it when you first started writing TRs. I now drive a red Kia Sorento which is pretty much the same.

Second coincidence - I can't remember which TR it was, but one of the posters posted a picture of 'Nebo Package', a liquor store. Well, my husband is the liquor/beer sales rep for that store.

Third coincidence - I live just outside of Carrollton, GA - that city you drove through and stopped in briefly on your way down this last time. I knew right where you were. I am in Carrollton nearly everyday, so I couldn't help but wonder if we crossed paths and didn't even know it. Of course, I am sure I would have recognized you and Smidgy. Can you imagine stopping in some rural Georgia city and having some crazy Disboard fan running toward you and wildly scremaing "Oh my Gawd (that's how we spell it in GA)!!!! Nebo! Smidgy!"?

Anyway, thanks again for making my day many times. Can't wait 'til the next one.

Great! Yours is the post that must made my day, even the sick part where you said you read all the older reports too!

Sorry to hear about your Santa Fe, I still think it 's a great vehicle, it's 8 years old and except for brakes,, nothing out of the norm has gone wrong with it, and I can't blame the car or the car's tires for getting a blowout because it ran over a guy who was hiding a vase under his jacket.
By the way, was your's the real, light blue one? That's the color I wanted but was over-ruled on.

It was a Disser named Reelmom who posted that picture of the package goods store on Nebo road, I believe.
She also posted one of Nebo Elementary School that was just so fitting with the signs in front all looking like they were about to fall over.

And those 15 minutes we spent in front of the gas station/convenience store in Carrolton were just delightfull, I still can't believe that after the sirens went off, we found a radion station reporting on the tornado in current time, We NEVER can find a station to come in when we need to know something, like a traffic jam.

Mela, I hope you become more regular here in the fuure,,
um, so to speak. :rotfl:

And, of course, Jackson with his great grand-daddy.

for some reason, I couldn't copy the picture. anyway ... this was THE picture I was talking about. my sweet loving daddy. who I rarely heard say anything bad about anyone. who didn't swear or use racial slurs. always gave me the best advice. was patient, kind, loving, an honest Christian man.

and Jackson, so handsome and smart, kind, well behaved. and I can't wait to show my favorite place to!!!

since my daddy totally trusted Jesus Christ's complete work on the cross as payment for his sins, I know my daddy is in heaven right now. and I know I will see him when my time comes.

but for NOW!!! I cant' wait for this may trip with my hubby, me sweetheart, and I cant' wait until august to see the look in Jacksons eyes!!! and see those dimples when he smiles!

and I look forward to a trip in the future with our first little princess, kaylee, and the young prince mason, who will turn 1 in march!! we are truly blessed.

you guys know more about us than a lot of our every day friends/acquaintences.. you are our very dear friends.. kiss hug... love you all..

Hey yeak,, if you look at it that way, we have our work cut out in the upcoming years,,,, first Jackson,, then a few years down the road Kaylie and Mason, and none of them will realize the incredible value of having "built in guides" with them , no, Todd and Jeremy, Disney is NOT like it was back in '94 when you were last there!
Yeah, I envy them both, when they were last there with us, there wasn't even an Animal Kingdom.

Nebo ~ I have been a "lurker" on your trip report! In fact, I was in DW the same time as you and posted once that I would say hi to you and Smidgy if I saw you two. I never saw Smidgy, but I might have seen you? Let me try to refresh your memory and see if that was you.

Did you go to the UK in Epcot without Smidgy and sit on a bench in front of the stage where the Band plays and listen to them play? I can't remember which day it would have been. We were there Sept. 11th-18th. I saw a man that I "thought" might be you, but chickened out to say anything! If I would have been 100% positive it was you, I would have said something, but I just wasn't sure and that made me nervous!

Ok,,, Here's the facts, Jack!
I do remember you posting I think once before and I'm glad you stopped by once again.
It was also probably a good thing you didn't go an run up to me and say hi, cuz more than likely it wasn't me!

This last September we were there at Epcot on the night of September 10, a Saturday, which is the day we found out things weren't going well with Diane's Dad. We DID stop briefly in the Uk to hear the new band, but we left when they started,,, it was just a bad night,,, I almost got in a fight with another jerk and walked away before it could escalate,,,,,, no, I did not include that in the report,,, sometimes I draw the line.

We were also back in Epcot on Wednsday, the ,,, um,,,14th, ok, that looks like it took a long time for me to do the math just now in my head, but really it was performed in less than a heartbeat, a nanosecond if you will, my typing couldn't keep up with it,,,
And on that day when I was now all ready to settle in and listen to the new band in England,,,,

they weren't playing that day.
So, I don't see how it could have been me you saw.
Besides, I am so incredibly handsome even in my Autumn years that you would know immediately that it was me,, there would have been no doubt.

Dear Smidgy, please accept my condolences in the loss of your dear Father. He sounds like he was a wonderful man, wish there were more in the world like him! My DD passed away when I was on a cruise in Alaska in 2002. I was with my MIL who needed to get away after losing my FIL a few months earlier. Only difference, my Dear Mother wouldn't let anyone tell me until I got home!! They waited for me to get back to have the funeral. My DH was back home and I would talk to him and ask about my DD, but he never told me! Poor guy was a nervous wreck!!

Yes, that's the way I think something like that should be handled, I know it must have been tough but your mom and husband have my admiration for how they chose to handle the subject!

So AWESOME you guys are going back soon and then AGAIN this year!!! How special that you will be there with Jackson on his first trip!! Jackson is a cutie patootie, for sure!!

I will close by saying, I am so glad you guys made it to Florida and home safely!!

Were you getting nervous too every time we turned the car key to "On?"

Awesome pictures! May Grand Daddy rest in peace.

Thanks for letting us share the ride with you. Like I have said in the past, you guys share the good and bad and keep it real. That is what keeps us comng back for more. Personally, I feel like we are one big family here.

Me too! Us too! We both feel the same way!
Um, but Thanksgiving is at your house this year,,, 'k?

So sad to have it all come to an end but so happy to hear that you are going to keep it open and allow us all to keep it all rolling.

I can't believe it started in October. Man did that go by quick. There was nothing better for me, especially over this long crappy winter, to go in each day and read not only the TR but also the quotes from all of you. It really helped me get through a lousy few months.

What, a little heart scare and you automatically call it a bad season?
Jay, hope you are doing better, and the rest of your fambly.
Hmm, you know, I did a brief pre trip thing at the end of August, so it really dates back to then.

But I gotta tell all of you,,,,as much as I hated that part of the trip,,, I NEVER had an easier time writing that part of the trip report, at least as far as having any "material" to write about.

There's nothing worse than when you sit down to do a chapter, stare at the monitor and then say to yourself,,,,
"Ok, now what? Why did I have to stay so darned healthty this trip?"

Thanks to you and Smidgy for keeping it real and I look forward to weighing in some more on whatever keeps rolling on this TR.

Jay

Again to you Jay, thank you very much for all you've added, I look forward to calling and talking to you about Disney real soon, give me a chance to use this Nationwide, unlimited calling that's part of this Comcast deal we have ,,,,, that has now risen to Ungodly amounts since the "entry" offer has expired.

Your grandson, Jackson, is adorable. I'm sure you'll have a fine time with him in WDW, but make sure that you and Diane are the ones to take him on some of the really fun rides. In 25 years, when he takes his kids on those same rides, don't you want him to remember and say that his grandpa or grandma were the ones to take him on that ride his first time? They were loads of fun, his grandma and grandpa.
Let his parents take him on the lesser rides... the ones nobody remembers.

Very good Sandy,,, that is EXACTLY what has been crossing my mind lately,,,, but it's going to really be a challenge,,,, my son is VERY close and virtually inseparable when it's his weekends with Jackson.

And then there is the Smidgy factor.
Right.
I'm doomed if I don't come up with something.

I have this sick feeling that I'm going to have to be the one to go on "Astro Orbitters" or whatever that big tall thing that goes way up high and makes people like me throw up as it goes in a circle.

" Yeah Grampa, remember that time we went on the AstroOrbitter ride and you threw up on the bridal couple way down below about 15 years ago? "
Yep, memories,,,, good times!

Well friends. I guess this is the end of another great TR. Look at the bright side. At least there will be another one in August. Maybe 2 if we can still convince Pkondz to write a TR. :rolleyes1 Even though DW and I are going at the end of the year, I don't think I could be as creative as Nebo and Pkondz. So I doubt I would ever write one. Lady H has the college degree of the house. Maybe I can get her to write it.

Here are some final parting words in true T_Man style. Ok, maybe not my final parting words. I'm sure I'll post a few more comments, but I hope you enjoy. I borrowed this from Roy Disney and Mickey Mouse. Its the announcement from the "Kiss Good Night." (Cue music: "When You Wish Upon A Star')

(Thumper_Man) Nebo & Smidgy, friends old and new.

On behalf of everyone here on Nebo’s Trip Report, we thank you for joining us for a magical gathering of family, friends, fun and fantasy. We hope that your magical journey with us has created wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. Walt Disney said that Nebo’s Trip Reports are a world of imagination, hopes and dreams. In this timeless Disboards Thread, the magic and make believe are reborn; and fairy tales come true. Nebo’s Trip Reports are a place for the young and the young at heart. A special place, where when you wish upon a star, your dreams really do come true. Until we post again, be safe at home. Thank you and Goodnight.

(Mickey) So long everybody! See ya real soon!

0001513.jpg

Thumperman,,, that is great stuff,,, I can almost hear it!

Now, here's the thing:
Your wife is not only intelligent, but also clever and sarcastic.
Ok, you said you don't want to do a report yourself, but I truly think Lady H is up for the task.
And,,,, I really, REALLY want to read a trip report from DisenyWorld Veterans now doing a report from DisneyLand!
Both of us are dying to go there to compare, and I cannot believe there aren't reports doing exactly what I just mentioned!

So if you are going in August, it would work out great if you can tell us anything about it, we hope to go in August or September of '13.

What do you say Lady H? Sound good?
You could fulfill my feeble fantasy about learning more about Disneyland, and you just know that Ponzi and I will not leave you,,, um,,, neglected?

Thumperman, now I'm all verklempt at work. Thanks!:lovestruc

Wow, more Germans here than I realized.

Another fantastic Nebo report. Hope you have a great trip with Jackson and can't to hear all about it. Prayers for Granddaddy!

Jill in CO

Thank you so much Jill, i'll send you a light saber if/when, I start another report, K?

Too fast ::yes::

One of the reasons I like Pop, always something to entertain ::yes::

Ok, I agree there. One of the best rooms we had a Pop was unfortunately now a preferred rom in the sixties, but it was right over the kiddy pool below us, with the whole kiddy pool area lined with palm trees,,, if we looked to the left we saw the lake, and to the right was the Hippy Dippy Pool,,, with a huge Baloo kind of in the way. Yep,,,
That was PURE DISNEY.

And do we have dates for this?:confused3 PM me, we are there in August too!

Jackson is A.D.O.R.A.B.L.E:goodvibes

 for granddaddy

Can't wait to hear about the next adventure!:goodvibes

Yeah Jan,, we are getting down to Pop on the 4th of August,,,, and you're right, value season doesn't start until the 5th,, but our DIL is a teacher, and Jackson has to be back in school so the only way it can be a 7 day trip is to move it up to Saturday, the fourth,,, which I believe is before you.

Several years ago (read 20) my mom and I were waiting around for her kiln to turn off so that we could go on a shopping trip. The Reader's Digest was open on the table so we started going through it together, one question at a time, and whoever had the answer to the next question first answered. We passed with flying colors and finished in record time. Since it took two of us to make a genius, we thought separately we must be half-wits.

:rotfl2:Congratulations!
That was great. I don't give those smileys out lightly!

Oddly enough, my uncle is an original member of The Association. He was back up vocals/guitar. Apparently they're in the #1 club, that no one knows the name of the group... I bet YOU know that #1... but I doubt few others on the DIS would know the #1 song they did AND the band...

Well, not sure what you mean by number one club,,,, but I Was a fan of them, they had a way of hamonizing that made it sound like there was 30 of them in the studio. As for my faves?

That's easy, and their number one hit, "Cherish" wasn't my favorite.
Everything that touches you
Like Always
No Fair at All
We Love, anc Cherish, Windy, The Time it is Today,,, all good stuff.

Funny that they had a squeeky clean apprearance and reputation thing going for them,,,, but if anybody ever took the time to stop and listen to the words of "Along Came Mary", you would realize that they are probably all hitting the McDonalds after rehearsal.

(One summer when I was in High School I spent a week with my aunt & uncle and the band came to his house- the night they were inducted into some "hall of fame" in Chicago... and they played ALL NIGHT LONG... I literally had never been up that late in my life.. probably went to bed around 5 a.m. and then they woke me up and took me to a pancake breakfast around 8 a.m.... and then ended up singing to me and the waitress thru most of breakfast. sorry to hear about the singer,, but what great memories!

Anyway... that just reminded me of it.. sorry, had to share.

Thanks Becca, we have enjoyed your posts too.

I'm glad you all made it through the tire blowing out. It's unreal how many things went wrong on this trip! I've loved reading this trip report, and I'll be looking forward to hearing about your trip with Jackson. He's adorable and I bet he'll bring a bit of good luck on the next trip. Things can't go wrong with a grandkid around, right?:goodvibes

Smidgy, I just wanted to say that I think you look like your dad. That is a terrific picture of him with Jackson. I know you treasure it! From what you and Nebo have shared about him, it is obvious that he was very wise and he knew what mattered in life. I do believe that one day you will be reunited with him in heaven. I'm so glad that you have so many great memories of him! Much, much love to you Smidgy!

Thanks Thumper Man for the well wishes for DS! He is feeling better.

Nebo, you are right, I was looking forward to trying to outlast MK, but it will have to be another time. After you shared your scary no sleep story, I was a little afraid I might fall off the ferryboat or have a sleep induced psychotic break where I saw the evil clown from IASW jump from the hot air balloon and attack me. Yikes! I just wanted to see if I still had it in me to voluntarily stay up all night. It's been awhile, probably during college. But DS has been snuggly and cuddly, which at 6 is becoming more rare, so it's been nice to be with him. I think I need to soak this up because before I blink he will be "grown and gone".

Jackson is so cute! I love both of the pictures. I bet he is going to have a fantastic time with you and Smidgy! I really hope we have a chance to meet you guys for a few minutes in August. We certainly don't want to intrude on your special trip with Jackson, but it would be great to meet you and Smidgy! I'm going to PM you in just a few minutes.

I was so sad to hear about Davy Jones today. I love "Day Dream Believer" and "I'm a Believer" and "Last Train to Clarksville". I like listening to "oldies" music. I was hoping to catch him at a Flower Power concert one of these years.

Thanks for taking the time to share with us Nebo. I'm hoping and praying for a mini report for late April/May! I'm a bit of a Nebo TR junkie, but I do appear to have a bit of company in these here parts! ;)

Thumper? I guess I kind of overdid it talking about Dad, I just wanted to finally use the last chance of saying how special he was while the subject was still appropo. And I'm sure there is still the matter of missing the funeral that makes me want to do , or say, something.

You over did it? :confused3 Personally I didn't think you did it enough. I mean besides the one chapter in the middle, I think that's the most we heard. And you can never over do it. We know it wasn't easy and we know you debated even finishing this TR. As we all said, we're here for you WHENEVER you want to talk about grand-daddy.

You and your wife have been terrific helping me out on this thread, and I can't thank you enough.

Didn't I cover this back a few posts ago? Let me say it again, "That's what friend are for." Plus no thanks needed. We love contributing to the thread. We're all here to have fun with you. If we didn't, then nobody would probably want to read them anymore. :lmao:

oh, me too...
Tawwllk amungst youselves, I'll give you a topic. Puppies vs kittens - do you declaw to even the odds? Go

I think it depends on the size of the puppy. Marmaduke vs. Kitten, no. Yo Quero Taco Bell vs. Kitten, yes.

Thumperman,,, that is great stuff,,, I can almost hear it!

Now, here's the thing:
Your wife is not only intelligent, but also clever and sarcastic.

If we don't do a TR though, we'll send you a pm and let you know about DL. I can even give you my email address so we can talk about it easier if you like.
