I'm so sorry for your loss. I watched my grandmother slowly deteriorate with it and more recently, my mother-in-law, who died in January. It's a terrible and humiliating disease that turned two charming and intelligent women into people I barely knew anymore. I know what you mean when you say it's almost a relief. It's so hard to see someone you love suffer like that.

I want to officially welcome Laura, Danielle, and Stringbean to the repoert, pretty sure you'r new on this report.

Boy, once again a lot of my notes are useless, totally useless.
I would often jot something down in this little note pad i brought with and leave on the breadfast bar at home. But more often than not I have no idea what it was I was trying to not let my self forget, and it's not all manhattans fault. For example, I just came across, "The nuts at Epcot"

I have no idea what in the heck that means, or what I didn't want myself to forget! I don't even know if I was reminding myself about peanuts, crazy people, or testicles. Gee, I hope it wasn't the latter!

Well, I pick up the film tomorrow, I'[m still editting the digital pics but I am curious to kknow if the film shots came out, been a long time since I used this old camera.

Should be all set to go by Monday night, that's when the first chapter will be posted,,,,,,,,,, finally,,,, I know you have been extremely patient with me, let's hope I can live up to the billing.

Once again we both thank you for the condolences, they mean a lot to us.

Now, all I have to do is find some humor in our drive down, that can't be too hard, can it?
By the way, is screaming funny?

They still develop film?

Shawn, I definately got a funny look when I handed over the two plastic vials containing the film, we'll see how/ or if, they came out.

I absolutely meant flies,,,,, we don't know where they came from, although I have a pretty good idea,,,, even though I set out 4 new litter boxes for the cats, they weren't changed, so for the flies it was and all you can eat Poop De Doo Doo Revue for them.

So sorry for the loss of you father (-in-law) and warm wishes for all that currently have, or have lost, a loved one with dementia. Strange that while it is the sixth (I believe) highest cause of death, we rarely hear about it. It is a terrible disease that takes your loved ones from you twice.

Speaking of said revue, I just have to share that I will see it (I hope) next Thursday, courtesy of the boss. First time in 39+ years of working at Disney. Who says I don't get out???

My friends, once again, I am so sorry for your loss. I'll admit, I saw the picture of your dad posted on Diane's FB wall very early in your trip and put 2 and 2 together but didn't have the heart to post anything here. I was reading all of the funny stuff being posted thinking how nice it would be for you to come back home to it and get some much needed laughs out of it. I was hoping that you were enjoying yourselves in your happy place despite such a loss. I obviously did not know your father, but if Smidgy didn't fall far from the tree, I am sure he would have wanted you to do just that.

Man I hope I don't cry my lenses out, I would hate to go through surgery again. I am one of those laugh/cry people, it can be so embarrassing when you are at work at get into one of those laughing fits. People are afraid to get me laughing to hard, I either do the laugh/cry or have an asthma attack.

I do love to laugh though and know that I will be laugh/crying and/or inhaling while I read and so enjoying reading you TR.
