I've never been there before, but plan to go soon. What do you recommend? I'm not into spicy stuff, but DH is.

My recommendation is the chicken lettuce wraps as an appetizer.....they're great.

Let's see...my recommendation list could be huge since this is my favorite restaurant!!

Appetizers:

Lettuce Wraps (very popular and very yummy)
Seared Ahi Tuna
Salt & Pepper Calamari

Main:
Crispy Honey Chicken or Shrimp (both good)
Mongolian Beef (one we order every time!)
Shrimp with Candied Walnuts (my personal favorite!!)
Dan Dan Noodles
Spicy Green Beans
Ground Chicken and Egglplant (spicier than you may think!)

Dessert:
Banana Spring Rolls
Great Wall of Chocolate

Ok...that's my list of favorites!!! It's a lot but this is my favorite restaurant so it is hard for me to pick only a few:lovestruc

We are recent Changs addicts!

Favorites so far from 3 visits...everything we tried. I like flavor but not too much heat, so these should work for you:

Dan dan noodles
Garlic noodles
Sesame chicken (not nasty & deep fried like most places)
Coconut curry vegetables...we order every time
Mongolian Beef
Lettuce wraps
Seared tuna

Always too stuffed for dessert. They make an excellent Mai Tai and have some delicious iced teas.

I've never had anything bad there, but we love the Crispy Fish and the fried green beans. I don't care for green beans, but they fry them in a tempura-type batter and serve them with a spicy mayo-type sauce, and they're awesome.

I vote for Crispy Honey Shrimp or Chicken. I don't know if the shrimp is listed on the menu but you can always order it.

Oooh! I am jealous--I love PF Changs! The lettuce wraps and pot stickers are good appetizers. I like the fried rice and Mongolian beef, but I haven't had anything there that I didn't love.

I don't like how they call it Chinese food, because if you go to China almost none of this stuff will be served. I mean, China BISTRO? Really? Bistro is technically a term for a European (moreso Italian) restaurant where the focus is on the wine. So China Bistro is kind of an oxymoron.
