Owners Locker

Hi All!

DH and I are considering getting an owners locker - is it possible to ship some things to put in our locker to them or should I just ship it to the resort?

We're staying at BLT (got my MK view at the 7 month mark ) and I read somewhere that they charge a fee for accepting packages for us.

I'm also wondering if there are any discounts available for joining now? I know there was an offer on the Dis a year or so ago....


Any info would be appreciated!

Our family signed up for owner's locker during our last trip in January. We also shipped a big box of various supplies to OKW, and it was waiting on us when we checked in. The owner's locker was waiting on us as well. We just put the items from the box straight into the owner's locker and then filled up the rest of the locker when we left 10 days later. It worked great. For us it was very easy to have a box shipped to our resort and waiting on us. The items are now in our locker.

You need to ship to your resort, not Owners Locker. We did a combination of shipping, packing, and buying after we arrived to fill our 1st OL. We LOVE having the convenience of the OL!

I believe a fee is charged at BLT/CR because it is a convention resort. For our first trip down with our OL this past Dec...I packed an extra suitcase since we were flying SW and the bag was free. There is an info stickie called "shipping to your resort" on the Resort Forum that can give you good info. It has all the adresses for the resorts. We decided not to ship since we were arriving the Tuesday after Thanksgiving and I thought it might get lost along the way. I loved havign an OL by the way...all I have to pack is a few clothes, my daily meds and my daily makeup--everything else is there.
